Timeline:

• 03.17 申请（完成Kira)
• 03.20 收到面试邀请
• 03.25 面试
• 04.15 收到 ad

整个流程还是很快的。

Kira 面试题：

1. Please share with us a little bit more detail as it relates to your career aspirations and tell us why the DeGroote MBA is the next step on your career journey.
2. Can you please tell us about a goal that you set for yourself and please share with us the steps that you took to achieve this goal. This goal can be derived from any lived experiences, community involvements, work or academic commitments, and other experiences.
3. Share a challenging situation working with a diverse group of individuals (i.e. age, gender, culture, and ethnicity). What was the challenge, and what did you do to address it?
4. Share at least two examples of your involvement in community activities. What were the circumstances, what did you do and why? What were the outcomes and lessons learned?

写作： When a task requires a number of things to be done at the same time, how do you handle it? What steps do you take? How do you prioritize

真人面试：

只有 25-30 分钟，是助理面试，她会做一些记录，我觉得我面的不太好，所以当时很沮丧就没有记太多题目， 但是无论如何都有的那几个 topic 说下：

1. Why MBA? Why me? Why degroote?
2. 我的同事做不到 deliverable 的时候我的做法；
3. 领导力例子。
4. 解决争端例子。
5. 被给予不好的评价的做法。
6. 和别人意见不同解决例子。

从这里看到我被问了好几个类似的话题，所以当时真的是一时间词穷，建议各位多准备几个类似的例子。
