UW Foster MBA R2 面经 [2022.02.10]

昨天刚面完 Foster 的面试，感觉很丝滑（希望别是假象）。给我匹配的面试官是一个美国人，和我的工作背景高度重合（我自己去 LinkedIn 上查的）所以聊的话题她都很感兴趣，interaction 很多，整个面试过程特别的轻松（自以为），希望可以出个好结果。

面试题目还是主要几个经典问题 + 超多 behavior questions. 我记得问了 6-7 个吧，可能是因为前面我讲的太快了的原因。因为是学校的 Admissions Counselor，所以她是知道我的背景的，整个过程就是要 highlight 自己的高光时刻。

1. Briefly introduce your working experience.（我自己解释了每个工作中间的转行逻辑问题，也直接说了了Why MBA，所以她就没问这个问题了）
2. Why Foster?
3. What's your value in Foster? (类似于contribute to Foster这种问题吧)
4. What clubs do I want to join in?
5. Short/long term goal.
6. What's your role in a team?
7. Constructive criticism from your supervisor.
8. What's the value you think you have? （和学校的那个不同）
9. What's your passion for the world? (差不多是这个意思)
10. Is there any moments you doubt about yourself?
11. What kind of skills do you lack for MBA? What's your plan to conquer it?
12. Tell me a time you need to persuade someone.
13. What kind of areas do you want to focus on after your MBA?
14. Anything you want to tell us that I haven't asked?

好像还问了好几个不记得了，不过在最后的提问环节，因为我看了她的档案，和我的职业规划高度吻合，她自己也读了 MBA，我就问了一下你觉得你读完 MBA 之后对你的事业起到了那些帮助呢？她愣住了……估计没有人问她这个问题吧，毕竟不是校友面试。我觉得她没有准备好答案哈哈哈哈，希望这个问题不会给她留下一个我很 harsh 的印象，保佑一切顺利吧！
