NEU MSBA Kira 面经 [2022.02.02]

看板上好像还不多 NEU MSBA 今年的 Kira 面经，刚刚做完热腾腾的分享给大家！

Timeline:

• 01.20 压线提交申请
• 01.27 kira invitation（一周内须录完）
• 02.02 面经

面经：

1. (口说/30 sec 准备/60 sec 回答) Short term career goal + how NEU MSBA help you achieve it?
2. （口说/ˋ45 sec 准备/90 sec 回答) Tell me an experience when you work with someone and argue about something you know would possibly bring push backs. What was the result?
3. （写作/没有准备时间直接开始/10 min）你 implement 一个新的 change in a team, 但是 team member 不认同，你会怎么处理？（我 word by word 翻译，有点忘记整题的全貌了)
   写作题好像没有字数限制，我打了 120 字左右，左下角会帮你计算字数，拼错字也会有红底线提醒你，觉得 kira 系统很善良。
4. （口说/30 sec 准备/60 sec 回答）Please tell me about a time when you got involved in your school or work community outside of your required tasks. What impact did this have on you and why was this experience important to you?

总共有 4 题，顺序会是说>>说>>写>>说

我觉得要注意的一点是口语题每一题秒数不太一样，不确定大家遇到的会不会是跟我一样的顺序，要看好时间回答！可以准备两个版本以防遇到一分钟版本却准备了一分半的而讲不完，基本上口语题我好像都在面经上看过!!
