1. Do you have any questions about the interview process before we start?
2. How do you know about the program in Carlson? Why UMN?
3. Career goal? Target company?
4. Two favorite courses in Carlson.
5. Given an example when you solve a problem using data and analytics, what tools and techniques did you use and what is the outcome?
6. Any other experience with any other programming languages or technical tools and how professional do you feel each of those?
7. How do you handle conflicts in a team?
8. What is your greatest strength (and weakness)?
9. Most constructive criticism and how you respond and what you learn?
10. Experience beyond others expectation either at work or in academics, why and what is the outcome?
11. An example at a time of either work or academics became extremely stressful or frustrating for you? How do you organize or work through those challenges?
12. What is your hobby? (not affect the application)
13. Which schools do you apply to? (not affect the application)
14. Q&A（有提到是 rolling basis，因为有听说 Carlson 是一次性的发 offer ，所以那s时候是再三确认了一下 XD）

忘记面试官的名字，只记得有说是 CHRLS 里的人，总之人事真的超级 nice，讲话也都很清楚不会太快，每个回答也都会做一个总结，基本上不太会追问，问的问题也都是在题库里了，感觉是照流程走，但第一次面这么久也是挺累人的。
