UW MSCM 面经虽然不多，但是其实 CD 上的面经都是够用的，整理了之前的帖子 + 自己遇到的，给自己的申攒人品！供大家参考，希望有帮助！

一般来说是 5 个题，无写作。

1. Why school & why program 之类的？
2. Teamwork 类的题。
3. 偏专业的题目，情景题，问你的 solution?
4. 课外活动类的题目。
5. What else do you want to share? 每年不变。

以下是面经整理：

2022 5 question 8 minutes:

1. Short term and long term goals & how foster helps you to achieve?
2. Teamwork; 当大家有分歧的时候如何 balance 不同人的 idea?
3. 你有一批 sneaker，进入中国市场还是美国市场？ show the step of the plan.
4. 讲一个非学术的课外活动，你从中学到了什么？
5. What else do you want to share?

2021

1. Short-term and long-term goal 以及 why foster?
2. Self-discipline 以及如何帮助你在这里学习？
3. 描述一个你在 team 担任的 role 与你自身 skills 不符的 situation，以及 outcome.
4. 公司 100 周年需要离岸(off shore)订一个 special edition item,预计三个月寄到，但这个 item 在周年之后就没有用(useless)了。问你的 strategy 如何确定 order quantity?
5. What else to share with the admissions committee?（重复不会变）

往年面经整理：

1. Why MSCM, why Foster?
   What excites you about the MSCM program at Foster, and what are your goals after graduation?
   Why should Foster offer you a seat in the MSCM program? What makes you unique compared to other applicants?
2. Teamwork
   Tell me about a recent group project that you were proud to be a part of. What role did you play in this group, and what unique contributions did you make to the outcome?
   或者描述一个课外活动。
   Tell me about a recent time when you had to ask for help with something. Who did you ask and how were they able to help you?
   描述一个 Analytical skill 分析技能、解决问题。
3. What does "commitment" mean to you?
   描述一条 self-discipline.
4. 情景题：新产品推出，如何确定需求：how to assess the demand for a new product?
5. 必考题：What else to share同事家人朋友形容你是一个什么样的人？
6. 你是一个什么样的人？这将如何塑造你的未来？

2019

1. 情景题。你公司要上架一款新的健康产品，但是你并不清楚潜在需求有多少，你该怎样确定需求。在线上卖和在线下卖你会采取不同的措施吗？
2. Tell me about a recent group project that you were proud to be a part of. What role did you play in this group, and what unique contributions did you make to the outcome?
3. What does "commitment" mean to you?
4. 写作：你是一个什么样的人？这将如何塑造你的未来？（题目记不住了，大意是这样）
5. 必考题：what else to share?

2018

1. 公司 100 周年需要离岸(offshore)订一个 item，预计三个月寄到，但这个 item 在周年之后就没有用(useless)了。问如何 decide order quantity, 并且还有哪些因素需要考虑？
2. 如果小组内组员意见不合，是因为什么因素导致的，如何解决？
3. 如果课外的活动占用了太多时间，你该如何协调？
4. 写作：问喜欢的课外活动，why?
5. What else you want to share with admission committee

2017 及更早

1. What excites you about the MSCM program at Foster, and what are your goals after graduation?
2. Why should Foster offer you a seat in the MSCM program? What makes you unique compared to other applicants?
3. Tell me about a time when you collaborated on a project and the group was not working well together. What issues contributes to this, and what role did you play in resolving the problem? 整个第二题虽然有很多表述方式，但是都是讲的 TEAM WORK 的。
4. Tell me about a recent time when you had to ask for help with something. Who did you ask and how were they able to help you?
5. An important aspect of self-development is identifying areas where we need to improve and learn. Tell us about a specific situation where you felt that you needed to improve on something.
6. Please tell me about a situation when you recognized a change in your emotions. What did you do when you recognized the change, and how did this affect your outcomes?
7. Tell us about a personal weakness you have that you do not feel particularly proud of,and what steps you are taking to improve upon this weakness. Why is this?
8. To sell a sneaker in the US market, you can either manufacture it locally in the US, or source it from China. In order to make this decision, how do you get started and what steps do you follow?
9. You are in charge of a network of grocery or department stores in a coastal state.You have just received warning an approaching hurricane. How will you start preparing for it?
10. Imagine that you are planning to launch a new design for a line of sneaker, however you are uncertain about its market potential. How would you go about assessing the demand for the new lines of sneakers?
11. Tell me about a time when you had to make sacrifices to ensure that your work was done on time. What did you learn, and how will you bring these skills to the MSCM program?
12. What is your personal method for balancing intense workloads with other necessary aspects of life, such as joining clubs or maintaining relationships. How will you bring these skills to the MSCM program?
13. Out side of school and work, to what activity do you dedicate most of your time? Why is this?
14. What is something out side of school or work that is extremely important to you? How have you committed yourself to this?
