IC IWM 面经 [2021.11.18]

回馈社区，攒攒人品。 一开始 IC 的面试被放到广告邮件里了，最后两天才看到，一时非常慌张……大家也要多看看广告邮件。

Timeline:

• 11.07 提交 + 第一封推荐信
• 11.11 推荐信齐
• 11.12 面试通知（没看到）
• 11.18 面试

面经：

1. Self-introduce.
2. What motivates you to succeed?
3. 做他们犹豫了的决定.
4. Favorite instance of working as a part of a team, what makes it favorable?（后半句有变体）
5. Reply to the ideal offer you wish to accept.【回复理想公司 offer】
6. News：你用什么方法了解最新的金融资讯：how do you ensure that you are up to date with the financial news / 如何和金融新闻 engage?

另外感觉今年 UK 竞争好激烈，听很多人说今年报这个专业的人很多，而且 IC 又偏好海本。我现在还能做些什么吗，比如给官方发 love letter 或者 update 我新的科研成果？
