- To what activity that excites you do you dedicate most of your time? How are you creating value, creating positive change, or helping others through this activity?

- A time when speaking with another person led to an insight about their values, behaviors, or beliefs (i.e., you learned something new about them). How did that change your subsequent interactions with this person?
写作：
Why is it important to take risks, or to put yourself in uncomfortable situations? Tell us about a recent personal situation where a risk you took resulted in an insight about a person, a group of people, or their behavior. What happened, and what did you learn for next time?
