Cornell Johnson MBA R2 Interview [2021.02.24]

上周五收到的面试邀请，约了这周三，面试官是一个 MBA 二年级的小姐姐，总体感觉很好， 一开始的时候有一些 technical issue，原定计划使用的 Skype 没有声音，还好小姐姐及时发了 zoom link 到我邮箱，顺利解决。

Interview Questions:

1. Walk through your background and why you decide to go to b school at this point.
2. Long term goal and short term goal.
3. Do you have any company you want to go after graduation? what is your plan B if you cannot land your target company?
4. What is your leadership style? (这个回答的不是很好，主要作为 team lead 的经验不是很久）
5. Tell me about a challenge you have in workplace when you work as a team lead, and how you solve it.
6. Why Johnson?(我提到了 Johnson 的 Immersion) What is the Immersion you want to pick/ any courses or professor you are interested in?
7. Did you talk to any current student in the program?
8. Q&A.

总体氛围还是不错的，没有感觉到任何尴尬或者卡顿的时候，很轻松的 conversation 最后小姐姐留了邮箱，晚些时候我发了 thank you note.

有一点要提醒，开始面试之前要展示 ID 验证身份，我之前还想的好好的结果坐下来面试之前居然忘了拿了，被问起来的时候才突然想到去拿。
