他这个是在申请里面。没有像 kira 发邮箱链接，要在提交前录好，120s 准备 120s做答，他那个显示框很小，下面会有红色的时间跳动，准备时间结束了是没有提示说进入到录制阶段，所以要注意下。他的 practice 很短，10s 思考 10s 做答，可重复录，但是 120s 的做答只能一次。信号挺好的，没有怎么卡。一个题，我把我的题库整理了一下，基本上看完了 CD 的近三年的所有面经，然后我归了类，准备四个大类，不同的话题改变下讲述重点即可。也不用一定参照我的分类，毕竟例子不一样吗，融洽性不一定好。
一：
- Describe an academic or extra curricular activity that helped you shape your personality. What did you learn? ?
- Describe a time when you showed great resilience and tenacity and it paid off. What were the results?
- Talk about an activity or extra curricular experience and how it changed your perspective.
- What's the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn't learn from your resume alone?
- What accomplishment are your really proud of and why?
- Give an example of a situation where you had to change your priorities due to an unexpected task and what was the outcome?
- Tell us about a time when you handled a task on which you had zero information. What were the steps you took to begin with, what were the strategies and what were the end results?
- The biggest risk you took in a professional environment and what was its outcome?
二：
- Talk about the time when you made a wrong decision, what was the setback and how did you handle it?
- Tell about a setback you experienced, how you dealt with it, and the results.
- a situation when you collaborated with others to achieve a goal.
- Explain a situation when you had to change your communication style. What was the outcome and what did you learn?
- Tell us about a time you encountered an individual who was resistant to change, how did you deal with it and what was the outcome?
- What is the key ingredient for building and maintaining professional relationships? Provide examples.
- What's the best piece of constructive criticism you've received and how has it influenced your work?
三：
- How would you describe your current thinking about diversity, and how has your thinking changed over time?
- What is your definition of diversity and how or why do you think diversity is important?
- What does it mean for you to have a commitment to diversity? How have you demonstrated that commitment, and how would you see yourself demonstrating it here?
四：
- Describe a situation where you were a team member. How did you decide when to lead and when to follow. How did the result impact you.
五：
- Imagine you were transported to the year 1900. How would you explain a smartphone (or shared network drive such as google drive) to a person from that era?
六：
- If you had unlimited time, to what would you devote it?
- Tell us about a time when you volunteered to help others.
