哥大 ERM Interview With Jay [2021.01.28]

回馈 CD 论坛，顺便攒一下人品！

这次 Zoom 面试也是分配到了 ERM 项目 Admission Director 的 Jay 老爷爷，面试通知邮件里写了 5-10 minutes.我的面试大概是 8-9 分钟。

一共 4 个问题：

1. 一个成功的人（Successful Person) 应该具有的品质是什么？
2. 获得众人的关注（Centre of People's Attentation) 对你来说是好是坏？
3. 有没有动力 (Motivation) 变成压力 (Pressure) 的经历？如果又是如何克服的？
4. Creativity 和 Efficiency 哪个对于你来说更重要？
