报个面经攒人品，今天下午的题。第一次发帖也不知道格式对不对。

1. Don't know how to conclude a speech or writing, what do you do and the outcome?
2. 如果有同样的工作岗位，prefer 在 small local company 还是 large foreign company，which and why?

Practice 的题目有两道，我练了两次两次题目不一样，但是都很生活化，感觉不一定会出现在正式测试题里，问到了 prefer coffee or tea, coke or pepsi, favorite pizza, favorite band or musician.
