UR Initialview 面经 [2020.12.10]

楼主是在 12.10 早上面试的，本来要等到 12.24 才会出视频，但是今天 12.13 就收到了官方邮件，可以查看视频和选择递交了。速度还是挺快的。

视频面试大概 30 min，再加上写作 20 min. 需要特别注意的是，我这次不需要打印写作纸和 ticket，证件只需要身份证就可以了。

写作是在视频面试后，面试官会发来一个网址，直接在电脑上打字，在网页在线完成，然后写作过程中鼠标指针不可以离开写作页面。

楼主的写作题目是：favorite quotation.

整体感觉：面试官非常非常和蔼，态度特别好，如果有听不懂的问题也会非常耐心的给你转述，氛围也比较轻松。 面试问题都是根据上传的CV出发的，根据你的回答继续延伸一下。

面试问题：

1. How has your perspective on your major changed over time?
2. Have you had opportunities to explore risk management?
3. Elaborate on what you did during your internship?
4. What was the most significant insight you presented in the analytical reports you created?
5. Elaborate on how your analysis report influenced the decision-making of your colleagues.
6. Why do you want to study abroad? How will that allow you to accomplish your goals?
7. Why will studying abroad enable you to achieve your long-term goal?
8. Is there anything else you want to mention?
