Timeline

• 10.09 申请
• 10.13 面试邀请
• 10.19 面试
• 10.27 录取通知

之前一年一直在和 Admission 小蜜沟通，彼此比较熟悉，所以面试邀请比较快。不得不说 Rotman 小蜜态度是真的好，还帮忙看 Essay,建议大家多多沟通。

两人面试，共 35 分钟，问题如下：

1. Why MBA?
2. Why Now?
3. Why Rotman?
4. What defines a good leader?
5. Tell me a time that you have to make a difficult decision
6. What is your short term and long term goal? How can Rotman MBA help you?
7. What will you bring to Rotman?
8. Did you apply to other school? did you get any offer?
9. If someone is not performing as per your expectation, what would you do?
10. Do you have questions for me?
