又是我，全网最晚面经分享。（没办法，本学渣 GT 一直不出分，一直拖到疫情严重到学校出台免 GMAT 政策，我才敢申）
凯斯西储面试题依旧没逃出 CD 上总结的那些，我每一个都准备到了，所以感觉面试的还可以，不然 case 也不能给本学渣一个机会，一个小小的心得就是，准备好的答案一定不能让人一眼看出你在背诵，要尽量口语化一点，加一些口语化的短语之类的。
BG:双非一本，GPA 3.78,T90,GMAT waive 了，一段基金公司实习，一段证券水实习
然后我想给学渣朋友们鼓鼓劲，有短板不可怕，毕竟不可能每个人都是大牛，要注意在其他可以弥补的方面一定要做到最好，比如文书和面试，必须绞尽脑汁的挖掘自己，美国学校相对而言还是很看综合素质的，很多学校不会因为你标化成绩或者 GPA 差一点就把你拒之门外，所以大家一定不要灰心，加油加油！！还有一点就是，你有什么爱好特长尽管大胆的说出来，美国学校很喜欢看到你与众不同的地方，比如我特别喜欢化妆，大学期间还在做美妆博主，我爸妈都觉得是不务正业，但是中介老师说这是一个特别吸引人的点，一定要好好准备。（大家看出中美的不同了吗）
面试问题如下：
- Introduce yourself,但是需要讲一些没有在 cv 上展现的东西。（2 分钟）
- Writing：Why CWRU? What interests you? How would this program help your career goals? How will you contribute to this school?（8 分钟）
- What other schools have you applied? And why?
- A new procedure that makes a difference to your community?
- How you ensured that team members were informed of details of an important project or organizational development? How did you keep them informed?
- A time when you have different opinion with your teammate and how it ends.
- Pls describe an unforeseen problem or difficulty you have faced in the past. How did you go about solving a problem you weren’t anticipating?
- If you had unlimited time, what would you devote yourself to, other than school or work.
放一个汇总版的问题合集，可能有一些重复的，我懒得删了，大家不要在意。其实 case 的问题很多可以合并同类项，用一个事例来回答，但也不要准备的事例太少，不然可能会出现问了两个相似问题你直接蒙圈的情况。当你认真准备完 case 的问题，你会发现其他学校的面试准备起来就不那么费劲了，因为 case 已经涵盖的很全面了。（除了爱问奇奇怪怪问题的那些学校）
凯斯西储 CWRU 面经
一共 8 道题目，7 道 video 1 道 writing,准备时间记不清了应该都是一半：2 分钟的题目准备 1 分钟；90s 的准备 45s,60s 的准备 30s.（加上读题的时间完全够用所以不要慌！） 上面经，除了标注的其他都是 90s 的题目。
- Introduce yourself, 但是需要讲一些没有在 cv 上展现的东西。（2 分钟）
- Writing：Why CWRU? What interests you? How would this program help your career goals? How will you contribute to this school?（8 分钟）
- What other schools have you applied? And why?
- 一次团队成员不能 work together well 的经历，如何 solve,你发挥了什么作用？
- Team members 差距很大，如何让成员贡献？
- 需要从多个途径获取信息的经历，如何判断哪些信息是 essential 哪些是 less relevant?
- Use your knowledge in an unconventional way.
- 空闲时间做什么？(60s)
- 你在学习或者工作中最欣赏的一个人是谁？你怎样表达你的欣赏？
- 关于 leadership 的，case 好像很喜欢问 leadership 的事情，建议多准备几个例子。
- 学习之外关于你自己 interesting 的事情。
- 自我介绍 + 是否学过 linear algebra 和 calculus 1,calculus 2.
- Case 的项目有什么不同？
- A time you make decision or recommendations without any guidelines, how you handled it and how it ends?
- Writing: what other schools and programs?
- A new procedure that makes a difference to your community?
- A time when you have different opinion with your teammate and how it ends.
- 申请 CWRU 对短、中、长期目标的影响？
- 在一项任务的时候缺乏技能或者知识，怎么处理，结果是什么？
- 说一个你分析一个问题的时候的步骤，结果是什么？
- Please tell us about a time when you came up with a new solution to a problem at work or school. How did you come up with the new solution, and what was the outcome?
- 团队能力到了极致的时候，你是如果发挥 teamwork?
- 为了以后的 program 你都做了哪些准备？
- 有没有一件超出你 comfort zone 的事情
- What do you do outside of work?
- 有没有一个 academic 或 extracurricular 活动，教会了你一些重要的事情和道理。
- 有没有一个 project,对你人生有 potential long-term 影响，描述下影响，还有 outcome?
- A time to show appreciation to others and how they respond?
- Please describe a time when you were asked to do something differently, or use unique approach to help achieve an objective of some sort. How did you adjust to doing this differently, and what was the outcome?
- New way you provide since best solution isn’t apparent and you had to interpret guidelines or procedures. What did you do, and what was the outcome?
- Interesting thing about yourself.
- Provide an example of a time when you required assistance from other team members to complete a project or activity. How did you agree on the division of tasks, and what was the outcome?

- 有木有 anticipate 到过未来可能发生的 obstacle,可能会 create problem,然后你做啥去 deal with 这可能发生的问题？

- Describe a situation when you delegated responsibility and authority to members of your team. How was your delegation effective, and did you encounter any problems?
- Please describe a situation where you came up with an improved approach to getting work done or addressing an issue. How was it an improvement over the existing approach?
