INSEAD R4 面经 [2020.05.06]

背景：英本，GPA 较低， G320 偏低，international exposure 较高

个人感觉 INSEAD 对 Academic 要求稳定，面试占比不大，但是是一个展示自我的好机会。二位校友的面试官也是根据申请人的背景和 goal 去 assign 的，INSEAD 面试更像分享经验和给一些职业建议。其中一位面试官，韩国 + 西班牙混血， pre INSEAD 在美国读书工作， post INSEAD 三星 head of HR. 可能是因为全球 across industry 的工作经历比较丰富并且也是 top 公司 senior 的 HR,对申请欧美的 MBA 和职业规划特别有 experience&insights,给我很多启发和建议，也希望他能帮忙以后同学的申请更一帆风顺。

一路上感激分享和传授经验的 CDer,以下问题基本可以 cover 面试 90%.

1. Walk me through your resume.
2. Tell me about yourself.
3. Explain your career path since graduation from college.
4. What has been your main driver in all job changes?
5. Why did you move from company X to company Y?
6. Tell me about a time when you led a team of people.
7. Tell me about a time when, in a group setting, one of your team members did not pull his/her weight. What did you do?
8. Tell me about your professional achievements.
9. Tell me about a time when you failed?
10. What are your short and long term career goals? Do you have a plan B?
11. What skills do you have that will help you achieve these goals?
12. What if you don't get into an MBA?
13. Why an MBA, and why now?
14. Why INSEAD?
15. What differentiates INSEAD from other schools?
16. What do you expect to learn while at INSEAD?
17. What will you contribute to INSEAD?
