整个面试进行的就大概 35 分钟左右，对方人也很好，一直在微笑，导致我也一直笑得很开心。整个面试过程是非常轻松的。建议大家就放轻松，其实也就和平时聊天一样，你在给对方分享你的故事，展现你的优点。
然后建议大家把简历好好看一下，想一下自己的优势是什么，然后为什么想在 Ivey 中学习，你想获得什么。一定要发现自己的闪光点，见缝插针说出来。这点很重要，因为时间很短，我很多准备的题她都没有问到，所以我就不断的在例子里加一些我其他的 experience,突出自己。
下面是我今天被问到的题目：
Why do you want to apply IB.
Behavioral Questions:
- Tell me about a time when you solve the conflict in the group?
- Talk about leadership in your own words.
- How would you react to a sudden change in project scope or trend?
- Have you received any comments if you think that you didn’t think you are?
- What skills that you think you are lack of(from leadership), what do you want to learn from Ivey?
- What are some big challenges that you face in your life?
- How do you usually acquire news.
最后闲聊了一下，口罩疫情的事情……总体感觉很轻松，也很享受。
