一直混迹从未发帖，得益于大大们的面经分享，Sauder 的面试问题中了好几个，所以整体面试下来很流畅很放松，等 offer 中，攒人品啦！
Round 2 交的申请，然后其中有一个 unofficial transcript 忘记 submit，导致面试时间拖到三月份，但是收到材料 under review 的 email 通知后，第二天就来了 interview 通知。
目前 UBC 是 remote 办公状态，所以疫情对于 admissions 的办公速度也有影响。
新鲜出炉的面经：
- Tell me something not on your resume, it can be a hobby, a interest or past experience.
- Why interested in the Sauder MM program?
- What would be your contribution to your peers?
- How to resolve conflicted situation/ uncooperative teammate?
- Weakness/ Something you need to improve about yourself?
- What misconception people work with you might have?
- 想从 program 中学到什么样的 skills?
- A value that is important to your personal or professional life.
- 提问环节。
能想到的差不多就是这些了，其实看过面经后就知道商学院面试大同小异，只不过我准备时把 leadership 这块作为重点，所以准备了很多 story 和看法，结果没用上，但是还是简单写写关于 leadership 的经验和看法吧，中的几率应该会蛮大的。希望对大家有帮助！
PS:等面试时面试官一直没有打来，后来看到 email 说他在 skype 上搜我的 id 搜不到，而且现在不只是我一个学生有这样的问题，所以最好看着 email 点，如果面试官 skype 联系不上你会 email 你，然后你 reach out to them 就可以啦。
