Stanford GSB MSx 面经 [2020.03.21]

上周面完了 dream school,一直以来在 CD 得到太多帮助，发面经回报。

MSx 都是 AO 面的，本来就是 Zoom 面试，疫情期间更是。建议有条件的同学可以购买一些桌面支架什么的，可以解放自己的双手，有更多肢体语言展示，尽量创造好的面试效果。

面试整体非常轻松，very conversational,一共 45 分钟，尤其是 GSB 的，整体建议就是 be authentic.对方会看过你的 package 所有的材料，准别好了一个 questions list 来的。

面试问题如下：

1. Why MSx?
2. The most challenging situation you have faced in past 3 years.
3. What do you think are the 2 or 3 most important issues facing your company for the next 5-10 years, and why are they significant?
4. How your teammates would describe you as a leader/teammate?
5. What is the most valuable pieces of constructive feedback you have received and why?
6. What to get from GSB? What do you want to do after completing the program and why?
7. Why your career goal?
8. Your questions to me?
