Jay 真的是一个很和蔼的老先生，short interview 5-10 min,不超过 10 min, 但是不确定什么时候开始，所以得一直候着。回答时间其实真的很短！所以准备时还是要精简为首，会有意识打断回答，大概 1 min 左右就足够了。把自己的名字用马克笔在白纸板上写好。
面试插曲：
我约的是 9-10 的 time slot，但整个 session 都过了面试官却始终没有出现，也没有人主动联系我告诉我发生了什么。等的比较煎熬和疑惑，后来我等到 10:05 忍不住了，给她试探性发了个邮件，问是不是 run into technical issues，5 分钟后她说她网络很差，要我打过去，所以折腾到 10:12 左右才正式开始的interview。所以大家如果遇到面试官没有出现的话，最好不要 sign off 然后就不管了，最好给他们发邮件然后一直等。

- Tell me about your 5 year career plan.
- Tell me about your dream company?
- Columbia has a strict policy against cheating, if you found out someone in your team was illegally copying things from the internet, what would you do?
- What is your favorite class out of your major (finance/econ)?
- What languages do you speak?
- Have you ever been in New York? How do you think about it?
- 你有什么精神使你能够在风险控制领域获得成功？
- 你不喜欢在团队中遇见哪种人？
- 你什么时候开始发现自己对 erm 这个领域/项目感兴趣的？
- 你本科期间最喜欢的课是啥？
- Do you think your professional English can support you to do your future work in big companies, such as Fortune 500?
- 5年后在什么公司工作，ERM 能如何帮助你达成目标？
- 最不喜欢的大学课程？
- 有没有在与 english speaker 沟通的过程中出现问题？
- 你觉得你有什么特长能在 ERM 领域发展？
- 哥大的课程会有很多 presentation, 会觉得 comfortable 去 evaluate 吗？
- 介绍家乡特色。
