Duke MQM 是 behavior interview，会问很多 leadership/teamwork 相关的问题，所以要多准备一些。

BG: 港本，商科，GPA 3.7（first class honors)，G 760 (V42+Q51+AWA5), 实习一水银行，一四大，一段 fintech 和一段咨询。一段北欧交换， CFA level I passed with scores above the 90th percentile.
