当你出色的完成了一个 project 之后，你认为让他人 recognize 你的成功重要吗？

真人面试 (第二轮 with Vanessa)

• Tell me something that is not on your resume and your essays (个人认为这道题的重点是让面试官可以从众多申请者中记住你）
• How do you define success?
• 你更喜欢在一个好的团队里 be the worst,还是在一个不好的团队里 be the best? (个人认为怎么说都行，没有对错，说得通就好）
• Why ERM？

整个面试大概十分钟左右，最后祝大家都能早日取得理想的成绩，拿到想要的 offer！
