Duke MQM R2 面经 [2020.02.17]

发一波面经攒人品！面我的姐姐是 AO Latasha Calvin（感觉在论坛里看到的经验基本都是 MBA 或 Alumni 面试的，不知道为啥我是 admission officer，当时还心虚了好久）

没有自我介绍，估计把我的简历仔细看过一遍了。 先瞎聊了一顿，我在武汉居家隔离，小姐姐深表同情。 的确是照着一个 list 在问，大概记得的问题如下：

1. Tell me about your research experience in the consumer research lab.
2. Who is the leader you admire the most?
3. Use 3 to 4 words to describe your interaction style.
4. Leadership experience and what you learned about yourself?
5. What track did you choose and why?
6. How friends & family describe you?
7. How do you approach and face challenges?
8. How will you be engaged in team Fuqua?
9. What constructive feed backs you have got and how you incorporate them in your professional works?

我话多 + 语速快，能说的基本都说了，所以结束正式问答环节大概花了 21 分钟，接下来是自由提问。

1. What constructive feed backs you have for me?
2. The design of the curriculum

小姐姐给的反馈都很正向，比如我的英语很不错、表达能力也很好，在回答问题的时候会举很多例子，希望在这些做得好的方面继续提升。 （其实我就是旁敲侧击一下到底啥样的人 qualify 他们的录取标准） 因为小姐姐是 ao 的，具体课程设计不太了解，所以让我具体问题就发邮件问项目的人，但是还是说了一些有价值的东西，比如为什么学期设置成这样。

最后我祝她今天开心，她祝我身体健康，就愉快的结束面试啦！希望 offer 多多！
