Skype 面经：全程 35 分钟 面试官：Stephanie

问题：

Part 1

1. Why Program?
2. Long-term and short-term goal? (有追问最最想去的Dream company)
3. 留在加拿大还是回国？
4. How do you learn the business trends? What's happening in the world?
5. 为 Ivey 的Case study 提供一个案例

Part 2

1. Any project you led. 学到了什么？（有追问具体负责什么工作内容）
2. How did you encourage or inspire others?
3. 你需要说服别人的经历。（一开始我说可以通过投票解决，后来追问如果有人不同意投票怎么办）
4. 你觉得对但是反馈不好的经历。
5. 你的缺点是什么？（追问现在还是我的一大缺点吗，如果以后遇到类似情况怎么解决）
6. The scope or the structure of the project changed and you weren't able to deliver the result you were hoping to deliver.
7. 信息有限怎么办？
8. 最后问了还申请了哪些学校。
9. 后面的提问环节面试官说她是career service team的，对项目本身的问题不太了解，只能回答一些career service的问题。
10. （全程很多追问吧，到后面真的晕，一直以为自己凉了……）
