北京时间早上九点面试，不知道什么原因中介可能是没把我的Skype帐号给面试官，等了快一刻钟我才要来了面试官的名字，然后加了他的Skype帐号。只好强行解释是网络出了问题：（
面试内容全是behavioral的问题，准备的有关数据的都没问到，可能是因为我在申请过程中详细描述了一个编程经历，面试的时候就不问了。 整个面试时间20分钟左右，问题不是按顺序的。记得的问题如下：
- Why MBAN;
- Why Sauder;
- Stressful, overwhelmed experience;
- Qualities for good leader;
- Addition/ contribution to coherts(in the program and after graduation);
- Career goal,interested company/industry;
- Whether stay and work in canada;
- Situation that you have different ideas with the members in the group;
- Experience of misconception.
结尾的时候没有让我向他提问题，有点奇怪。中途还扯了点温哥华今天下雨，北京今天下雪blalbla，然后如果不理解问题，面试官也给paraphrase了，人挺nice的。
感觉CD上面的面经问题很全面，放一个我自己总结的问题攒人品，希望可以录：
个人信息及经历
- 自我介绍，why canada/ubc/sauder/mban
- 给项目的贡献/ addition to the cohort/你能为mban项目带来什么，你的优缺点
- 一次处理messy data 的经历
- 编程经历/数据处理/实习经历（所有在简历和PS上的都准备一遍，加细节）
- short term and long term career goal,why,difficulties?
- your motivation/stay motivate 具体方法
- 三个有成就感的经历/challenging的经历
- 你有没有遇到stressful的情况，或者不好解决的问题，你怎么cope with it
- the situation where you need to apply analytical thinking to solve problems(看到两个cd上的小伙伴遇到过这个题，其中一个没有环境限制，还有一个说是in real life)
- challenges you will have in the program
- what makes you upset
- your dream company
- your role model
- 你的失败经历
- 你的朋友/队员怎么描述你
- adapt to different culture的经历
- 你的优点、缺点（缺点怎么improve）
- 别人给你提了什么建议/你领导对你工作的建议或反馈
- 你为到这个program来做了什么准备（mental/professional）
- 你最想提高什么
- 没有足够的信息但是要做决定，你怎么办
- 在挑选ba项目的时候注重哪几个方面
- 最熟悉的编程/分析软件
- 面临的道德困境ethical dilemma
- 别人对你有什么误解
- 什么东西你自己很value
- 自己最喜欢的书，从中得到的道理
- 刚来ubc想做什么
- 一分钟sell yourself
- other programs you applied
- 还有什么想说的
- 还有什么想问的
communication，leadership，teamwork
- 你喜欢别人怎么接近，怎么和你成为朋友
- 给你24小时组队，怎么选队员
- 没有任何理由不想和别人在一个team,怎么告诉他
- 怎么定义good leader/what are some leadership qualitie/你认为leader需要什么特质
- 你喜欢哪种communication style（我在度娘查到四种，其他三种什么aggressive， passive什么的都不好，assertive communication比较好，仅供参考）
- 跟不同的人交流， 你会改变communication way吗 7.what's your role in the teamwork
- what's leader's biggest responsibility
- leadership experience/teamwork experience
- prons & cons as a leader(注意一下问的是你作为leader时候的，还是leader本身的)
- 遇到不配合的队员，你怎么处理的
- conflicts in group，你怎么处理
- you're a week away from the project deadline and you found that one person in the group is not doing anything...what would you do
- 未来进到ubc的program里面意见和组员不一样， 你怎么处理
- 你有什么leadership的特质
- 你身边成功的leader
- 从班级之外的同学身上学到了什么
- 工作和学习中有讨厌的人，你怎么处理的经历
- 在一个 Team 里你会寻求什么样的qualities or attributes
technical
- assume you're given the most recent 5 years data on park attendance, but the data is not uniformed, how would you predict for the park's attendance rate for 2019
- you're given real-world but messy data, how would you come up with an analysis in the case?
