教授介绍
Susan Ellis 任墨尔本商学院副院长职务负责中国项目。是一位市场营销领域的资深教授，发表了大量的关于市场营销战略、服务营销等文章。曾从教育于美国西北大学的Kellogg商学院； 泰国Chulalongkorn 大学的Sasin商学院；担任澳大利亚悉尼大学MBA项目主任。为很多公司企业诸如： Qantas, ExxonMobil, KFC 和US Navy提供服务。进入管理教育领域前在美国她曾管理Coca-Cola公司的市场部、McCann Erickson (US)公司的市场研发部，积累了大量的消费产品、市场营销的实战经验。

In this talk Susan Ellis will identify some of the exciting new directions in marketing, with examples from both China and other countries.
About speaker
Professor Susan Ellis is Associate Dean of China Programs for Melbourne Business School at the University of Melbourne. An experienced marketing academic, she publishes research articles on the topics of marketing strategy and services marketing. Previously she taught at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (US) and the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok). She has been a consultant to Qantas, ExxonMobil, KFC and the US Navy. Before she moved into education she had a career in consumer products, including marketing management at The Coca-Cola Company (US) and market research management at McCann Erickson (US).
