3. 写作：Please tell us about a time when you were working on a group project or project at work and you noticed that one member was dictating the conversation and making decisions for the team. What steps did you take to personally help solve this issue and what was the outcome?
4. Please tell me about a time when you went above and beyond on a community project or extracurricular activity. What impact did this have and why was this experience important to you.
