话不多说，攒点人品分享一下面经，我是有工作背景的所以可能对非应届生比较有借鉴意义：

1. Why you apply for MBAN?
2. You mention working experience, if you do not have experience but you still need to apply for the job, what will you do?
3. Why UBC Sauder's MBAN?
4. Why you want to be a business analyst?
5. What's your contribution to the cohort, to the program and to Sauder?
6. The biggest misconception that you have at work.
7. How to deal with the stress at work? (give real example)
8. If you have a different opinion with your manager, how you persuade him/her to believe you are correct? (give real example)
9. What things you think you need to learn to become a leader?
10. What things you learn after undergraduate you think will be your contribution to the program?
11. 60 second to persuade me to believe you are suitable for this program.

以上问题不是严格按照顺序的，我已经记不清楚了，除此外，每当我以为这个问题我回答完了，他还要追问我一句what's more, if anything else, please give me an real example, 我觉得我每个问题翻来覆去说了好几遍。
