刚刚做完哥大的video。

1分钟准备过得好快,我真的晚了几秒钟才开始说,完全没有提醒。

这次是新题:What do you see yourself in ten years?

直接套用了dream job,但是我太紧张了,直接说了dream job是啥,没有换一下句子……

下面是我自己整理的面经题库,里面是我自己写的答案。放面经攒人品~

============

  1. 对于一个非常重要的speech or TED,你会讲述什么?

As the world becomes more and more diversified, I believe it is crucial for everyone to comprehend that people from other cultures can have different values. Just as the old saying goes, one man's meat is another man's poison, the principle applies to culture as well. Since everyone was raised under different situations, they might develop different values. For instance, I, as a Chinese, cherish my family a lot and ask my parents for help whenever I have difficulties. My friend Sara from the UK finds it quite puzzling to her and seldom contact to her family. That’s because Chinese children are taught to associate with their parents while children from other cultures are expected to grow up more independently. There’s no need to judge which one is superior and both sides should be respected. Therefore, I would like to talk more about culture difference and people should learn about the fact that different cultures cultivate different values and all values should be esteemed.

  2. describe your ideal work environment.

    harmonious environment
    collaboration and communication
everyone: friendly, respect each other; communication fluently ; share experience, help with each other; Zhongguancun Open Fund

if not: put more time in communication and even arguments; could not pay enough attention to their work; low working efficiency
people would dislike their work and turn to other company.

  3. 团队合作的活动以及遇到的挑战

I have encountered some challenges in my second internship. In the teamwork with other interns, we had different opinions and couldn’t reach an agreement easily. First of all, I understood that we should respect each other’s opinion. It’s inappropriate to judge which idea is superior. As a leader in the group, I called up a meeting and let everyone state their opinions directly. Then I guided everyone to address their comments and suggestions toward others’ opinions and discuss them friendly. To meet the goal of the project, inappropriate parts could be abandoned while valuable parts of every opinions were integrated to a more well-rounded plan. Everyone in the team was satisfied with the result and learnt some lessons and knowledge from others’ opinions. This experience helps me comprehend the importance of respect and communication.

  4. 大学教育中认为最棒的部分是什么?

The greatest part in college might be the freedom. In high school, students have no opportunity to choose their classes and are always supervised by teachers. However, in college, students gain the ability to take the course they are interested in. As for me, I am quite attracted by arts, so I chose two courses related to arts in my college. In Chinese landscape painting course, I learnt basic painting skills and drew about ten small-scaled paintings. In the calligraphy course, I studied to appreciate calligraphy works. At the end of semester, the teacher took us to National Museum to view renowned artworks and taught us some histories related to calligraphy. Moreover, students could attend different clubs according to their will. I served as a minister in student association and a Latin dance club. They are valuable experience for me.

  5. How do you motivate yourself when you are assigned a task?

make complete plan and have a checklist
divide the task into small parts
do it one by one, check one whenever finish
under good management, do things in order and with high efficiency
    encourage myself by some presents
promise myself to buy sth I want when I finish the task on time
    have more motivation

  6. Do you use emojis or emotions during communications? Why?
    最喜欢的emoji

Yes, I enjoy using emojis and emotions a lot when I’m sending message with others. First of all, emojis could convey my emotion more directly and fluently. The biggest drawback of sending message could be that mood can’t be fully expressed. However, with the help of emojis, you could easily tell whether he is angry or sad or frustrated. Second, emojis add more interest into the conversations. Many emojis and emotions are really entertaining, and communication, especially some small talk should be full of fun. People could use different emojis to tease on each other. My favorite emoji should be the one covering its face. It represents different feelings and the person has nothing to say. I use it a lot when I’m sending message with others. It helps me convey my feelings very well and my friends could easily know my attitude. Moreover, when I want to end conversation with someone, it’s impolite for me to simply not reply him. I might choose to use the emoji covering face as a short reply and the end of story.

  7. How would you feel if you spend one day without cell phone? One week?

If I could spend one day without cell phone, I might find it quite interesting and have more time for face to face communication. I could sit tight and talk with my parents, sharing my recent experience on campus while they could tell me about their problems. Moreover, we could go out for a walk together, enjoying the peace and beautiful scenery that we might disregard before. Our relationship would definitely be enhanced during the whole day. However, when I have to give up my phone for a week, I might feel empty and inconvenient. In China, people seldom use currency, instead they just pay with apps on their cell phones, like WeChat Pay, Alipay. If I couldn’t use cell phone, I would find it hard to buy products, have lunch and dinner and even take a subway.

  9. How do you handle peer pressure?

  10. 你本科阶段(印象最深/获益最大)的一门课程是什么?

The most interesting, and probably the most challenging course should be Options, Futures and Derivative Securities. Professor Tian not only taught us knowledge on textbooks, but also led the whole class to conduct a one-semester Virtual Simulation Experiment on Financial Derivatives Risk Control and Legal Supervision. Before the course, I knew nothing about derivatives, not to mention the simulation of futures trading. I spent a lot of time after class learning to utilize futures software such as Donghai futures to realize the futures market, and summarizing the management and settlement methods of futures market in the simulation. After some time, I became familiar with futures, options and derivatives markets, which deepened my comprehension of professional knowledge and accumulated my hands-on experience. My account gradually changed from a heavy loss at the beginning to a steady profit, making a significant progress.

  11. What moral dilemma you faced recently?

My takeout was late for nearly an hour and I was really starving. I could give a negative comment to the restaurant and the delivery boy, and everyone involved would pay for it. But I understand that since it is near Spring Festival, restaurants are short of delivery men and every deliver has lots of missions. I struggled to make a decision. You know, people could be extremely furious when they are hungry. According to the restrictions, restaurants and delivers do need to pay for the delay and customers have the right to complain or make a negative comment. I have every reason to do so. However, delivery men are really tired and laborious, so we should try to understand their hard work. A single negative comment won’t cause much to me, but it could cost a lot to a delivery man. Finally, I chose not to comment on them and had my meal.

  12. 你是怎么获取新闻的?

How do you get more information about an interesting topic?

Second, spend more time with my family.
    old, time is precious
cherish every moment spend with them.

  16. What is an important celebration in your family? Spring festival.

-family reunion, meet relatives and family members
    communicate, enhance relationship
    -receive red envelopes, money
    -colorful fireworks, lighten the sky

  18. How would you like to change the world?

Since finance is my field, I would like to change the world by prompting Inclusive Finance. Inclusive Finance aims to provide appropriate and effective financial services at affordable cost to all social strata and groups. I might not have the power to help with the whole process, but I want to dedicate myself in at least part of it. I hope I can provide a special platform for small and micro enterprises through my efforts in the future, increasing their exposure rate, so that their products can be seen by more people. At the same time, I desire to help expand the communication channels between emerging enterprises and developed enterprises, so as to promote the sustainable development of the financial market. With the strong power of Inclusive Finance, the world would be better.

  19. 介绍一个你hometown最popular的地方?为什么popular?

As the cradle of Huangmei Opera, an intangible cultural heritage in China, my hometown Anqing is famous for its Huangmei Opera Theatre. Anqing Huangmei Opera Theatre is under China conservation program and home to many talented experts. Every visitor to Anqing would go to the theatre to appreciate some original pieces. Even though they might not understand the language, they could feel the tones and pitches, and immerse themselves in stories. The most famous opera which audience enjoy the most could be Tianxianpei, Goddess Marriage. It presents the forbidden romance between a goddess and a human. Audience could easily understand the story and are touched by their love and persistence. Moreover, people would relax themselves and appreciate beauty when listening to Huangmei Opera.

  20. 给年轻的你一个建议

I would like to suggest myself several years ago to do more exercises. When I attended university, I was busy with all kinds of stuffs, student association, internship, schoolwork and so on. Therefore, I forgot about doing regular exercises and spent more of my time indoors. My body constitution became weaker and caught a cold easily. If I reminded me five years ago to take exercises more frequently, I would spend more time exercising, like swimming, outdoor running, hiking and develop a positive habit. Thus, I might have a better health and fitter body now. Not able to turn the clock back, I start this year to develop the habit of regular exercise and hope to gain a better health.
