2月4号晚上，楼主完成了与Melanie的Zoom视频面试。21:45 (08:45 am EST)开始，时长30分钟。面试结束后我就回了thank you note。
面试问题分为四部分：resume+behavioral questions+scenario question+Q&A。
Zoom视频面试问题如下：
- What motivates you to pursue a DeGroote MBA degree? What makes you a strong candidate?
- Resume question.
- Do you consider rewritting GMAT? What will you do before you begin your graduate study?
- What do you think important to attibute to a good leader? Please share an example to demonstrate your opinion.
- Please share an example when you were a team member and worked beyond your responsibility.
- Talk about an experience you worked very hard but failed at the end. What did you learn from it?
- Talk about an experience of analyzing information and what did you achieve?
- Talk about an experience when you were a team member, your role and your contribution to the whole team.
- What would you do when you are co-working a project with a peer and the manager recognized many errors made by your peer?
- Any questions? （我问什么时候可以知道面试结果，Melanie回答2月15号前会发邮件告知结果）
总体感觉面试问题比较常规，基本都是CDer们已经分享过的。建议在面试前多搜集CD面经，针对behavioral questions多准备自己的语料库。Melanie一边听一边扑克脸记笔记，非常专注；每part结束都会笑一笑，总的来说还是比较nice的。不是压力面试，所以不用紧张，做自己，正常发挥就可以了。
