U of Toronto 多大 Kira 面试+邮件写作格式 2020 Fall [2020.01.03]

看到CD上多大的Kira面经较少，今日刚好被虐完，特来贡献，多大的写作一般都是写邮件，于是特意附上楼主关于邮件写作的总结。

• 口试问题1：你的同学都认为你很擅长的一件事是？
• 口试问题2：你是一个earlier riser还是night howler？

作文问题：

Write an email connect your classmates interested in working in your pre-MBA industry to one of your colleagues highlighting why this connection may be mutually beneficial.写信给你的一个同学（who is intereted in your pre-MBA industry)，让他与你的一个同事建立联系，并告诉他这个对双方是有好处的（mutually beneficial)。

邮件写作格式：

Dear Mr/Mrs + name/Sir or Madam/officer/professor,（正式） Dear given name（非正式）

开头段 I am writing to invite you to……

寒暄：How are you? I haven’t seen you for a while. Hope all is well.

Describe the reason：This is because……

1. 邀请信：邀请对方干什么，什么时候，在哪里
   If you are free, I would be very happy to meet you in person. Perhaps we could have lunch together. The dinner will be at+地点, next Wednesday at 7 o’clock. I am writing to invite you to join our…. Which is held on 地点+时间

2. 询问信
   I’m writing to inquire about some information regarding.
   I’d also like to know if my wife and I can make one application, or whether we’ll have to apply separately. In addition, if you could send me information regarding permanent residence in Canada, I’d be most grateful.

3. 推荐信：
   I’m writing to recommend to you the outstanding personality of Miss Jiang Junlei.

4. 建议信：
   I am writing to suggest ways in which you could further improve your service. I would be happy to know if my suggestions have turned out to be useful in your constant improvement of your overall service.

期待答复：

• I am looking forward to your reply.
• I would like to meet you there and please let me know your decision.
• I would appreciate it if you could…
• I look forward to receiving the information at your earliest convenience.

正式：
信尾 Best regards/Best wishes/Yours sincerely/Yours faithfully,
署名 Jason Yin(要全名)
注: 不用写地址, 使用齐头式 ,顶格靠左, 段和段之间空一行。

非正式：
信尾 fondly/love/lots of love,
署名 Jason (只要名)
