3. (written) Please tell us about a time when you were working on a group project or project at work and you discovered a major mistake that one of the members made. What steps did you take to personally help solve the issue and what was the outcome? （10min 写作）
4. Please tell me about an extracurricular activity that you were involved in on a long-term basis.What impact did this have on you and why was this experience important to you? （30s 准备，1min 回答）
