[已录] UBC MBAN 面经 with Vivian Tran [2019.05.02]

Timeline:

因为大学有过交换经历，交换学校的成绩单没交齐耽搁了一个多月，中间无数次觉得自己要凉了，结果四月底收到了面试。

听说今年 ubc 的 recruitment team 效率很低下，本科和研究生都是这样，身边也有朋友还没有拿到面试，所以第二批提交申请的但是还没有面试消息的先不用急。

背景：本科 ubc global supply chain and logistics management，本科 avg 78，GRE q166 v156，国内加拿大都有过工作经历，有商赛和志愿者经历。

面试官是 Vivian Tran, 算是 sauder 比较有经验的面试官了，面试前去 linkedin 了解了下她的基本资料。

面试问题：

go through your resume.
why ubc? why mban?
what contribution will you bring to the program?
career goal? short term and long term.
group conflict experience.
apply analytical thinking in real life.
you are one week away from the deadline but one group is doing nothing, what would you do?
how would you deal with real-world but messy data?

整个面试比我想象的短，基本都是 behavioral questions，我准备的 technical questions都没咋问到。Vivian 很 chill，整个面试给我的反馈都不错。
