Stanford GSB R2 面经 [2019.03.08]

从考 GMAT 到申请，从 CD 获益良多。GMAT 渣渣，所以只能发面经为社区做贡献啦。

问题几乎没有超出 CD 上有位前辈整理的 GSB question list，只有那个 how did you get resources to achieve your goal 我之前没看到过，但准备的例子是可以套的。

我的问题有：

tell me about a time when you initiated something
tell me about a time when you identified a problem or found an opportunity
tell me about a time when you were effective on the team, although you were not the leader
how did you get resources within or outside your company to achieve your goal
tell me about a time you worked with a difficult colleague

没有 self introduction，没有 why MBA，没有 why Stanford。

经验是：准备 5 个（当然，能有 8-10 个更好）自己最出彩的例子（其实不难，因为 essay 里，推荐信里，GSB 那个巨长的申请表里已经有很多例子了），几乎所有的 behavioral questions 都是可以套的。

GSB 的校友如预想的一样人非常好，让整个谈话过程轻松而温暖。

另外想说一点：我 GMAT 只有 720，我知道的另一位 R2 面试的小伙伴 GMAT 也是 720。所以有梦就申请吧！
