我今天摸了一下录取信才发现……后面带了一张黄边纸……本来我还打算激情 bargain 一下，还好没去……于是 ad 变成了 offer + 15%。
一.面经 （20 分钟）
- Why pursue graduate degree? 注意：该问题是因为 po 主工作党，但是项目设定是偏 entry-level 的 analyst 职位。
- Why Simon?
- 除了 east asia 之外，是否还去过其他的国家？（其实就是跨文化经验交流）
- 公司有没有给我 return offer？
- 实习干了些什么？（针对简历提问）
- 有没有想过继续做 communication job？（针对简历提问）
- short term / long term / detailed target company.
- Q&A.
二. 零碎的个人感受
- 工作年限问题 ？ 个人以为罗村是不卡工作年限的，给出valid理由即可，我个人的理由是我以前上学只有两门数学课，但是industry的data tendency is pretty obvious
- quant is a must?
有些坛友觉得没有quant背景是面Simon的缺点，个人以为就工作党而言，加上这个缺点才不会overqualified - 英语口语表达能力？
那段时间我非常累，也没有时间准备，所以其实说的又慢又磕巴，但是思路顺畅论点明确，所以Steele反馈很合理 - 面试官的个人特征？ Ms Steele 非常温柔可爱，讲话也轻轻柔柔的，于是对 Simon Admission Office 好感激增 非常认真看了我的简历，所以对于 job responsibility 完全没有问，反而很可爱地问了一些简历边角料（比如实习），四舍五入等于侃大山，所以即兴 solo 很重要
三. 面试准备
- Zoom
126 邮箱可以收到 Zoom 的注册邮件，如果用了其他邮箱注册，可以直接在页面内部换邮箱，所以某些邮箱收不到注册确认邮件可以曲线救国。面试时 Zoom 会卡顿但是不频繁。 - 问题准备
偷懒版：面试官会提前半小时左右发邮件给面试者，趁着半小时赶紧再 CD 上搜吧。
勤恳版：搜了近一两年的所有问题，复原了一下题库以及出题方向。
四. 自己复原的题库
事实上我并没有准备，因为 Simon 的这些题目指向性非常非常明显。
A. 说自己
- introduce yourself / go through resume.
- why MSMA? / Why transfer to Marketing analytics?
- why this undergraduate major?
- why you a unique one / better than other ones?
- extracurricular achievement.
- hobbies and how to get relaxed.
- what’s your view about data analysis?
- what do you passion about?
- summer plan.
- Describe yourself using 3 words?
B. 舔学校
- Why simon?
- 来不了 Simon 的 other plan？
- Do you have any quantaitive background?/ 这个项目对数据分析能力要求很高，是否做过什么准备？上了别的课程还是自学的？
- 感兴趣的 club
C. 工作
- job responsibilities and takeaway / what skills do you use in this job?
- any data analysis experience /research project and details and result?
- short term career plan and backup plan / why this career & company?
- why this industry? 有什么我认为 marketing 做得比较好的产品案例吗？
- long term career plan.
- 毕业后留美还是回国？ / 将在哪个国家工作，如果没做到怎么办？
打算回中国工作，因为喜欢自己的 hometown，来美帝是为了更加 specialize 的教育，which is lack in China 中国本地的猎头人脉可以帮助我找工作。 - 毕业后两年准备干什么？
D. 跨文化
- exchange experience or travel overseas? share your experience and any takeaway? memorable?
- any culture shock &difference & difficulty?
- how to face different accent? how to work with people with difference background?
- how to transit to a new culture background?
- 来 Simon 如何融入？能习惯罗村的生活吗？
E. 团队合作与领导力
- team work experience.
- What's the most important thing for teamwork?
- responsibilities in student organization
- what role you always be in teamwork: leader or player?
- leader experience in teamwork.
- what is your leadership style?
- explain what you have learned in terms of leadership abilities in your previous experiences?
- 一次团队出现矛盾的经历。
BG 并不优秀，985，无 quant 背景，有 industry 经验但不是大公司，跨国经验也不丰富。
