IU和OSU的MACC

For the MPA major at IU, there are 5 upper division classes and 5 lower division classes that are pre-requiest courses for MPA admission. Students who are admitted to MPA program will have to complete them all before applying, but if not, then after being admitted, then one has to sit in summer session for any courses that this student does not have waiver for. For the MPA tuition, I believe it is around USD 900 a credit, so tuition, it is around USD 27000, but for OSU, it is around USD 10000 a quarter, and there are 3 madantory quarters for international students in a year, that adds up to USD 30000 a year to be in OSU.

The city of Columbus is very nice. Sufficient Chinese population, many decent Chinese restaurants and grocessary stores. It also has couple Fortune 500 firms in the city, which they go mainly to OSU to recruit from Career Fairs twice a school year. For Bloomington, it is a smaller city, mainly the Chicago region firms go on campus to recruit, but based on what I heard from a friend of mine from IU, Kelley school really really does a good job on placing students into job market. Faculty and professors try hard to get anyone a job/internship before they even graduate.
