总共 7 个问题。
三个必答题，ps：楼主自己第二个 writing 是直接复制上去的，不知道可不可以，后台会不会看到一类的，因为就是想稍微试一下，没想到可以复制。
第四个问题是 Describe a problem you had to analyze. What steps did you take to analyze the problem in order to address the critical issues? What was the solution?
第五个问题是困难的问题，如何解决的？1.5 分钟
第六个是讲述一次与组员有分歧，如何解决的经历？ 1.5 分钟
第七个是 outside the school and work, what do you think is important, and how you committed to it?
中间其实还碰到了其他的问题，因为楼主准备不充分直接断网了，再开发现问题不一样了……这个跟楼主之前了解到的不一样，可能 kira 发现了这个 bug 吧，总之是改版了。
附我 pass 掉的两个问题：
- Tell us about a situation you found flaws with the current practices and procedures utilized in your work or school environment. What recommendations did you make to fix these flaws, and how were these recommendations received by others?
这个其他面经里其实有，但是英文表述乍一看估计会懵逼，特意拍下来分享给大家，楼主当时就懵逼了。 - 一次成功的经历，楼主这个是跟前面回答的材料有重合所以 pass 了，大家素材还是多准备一些。
感觉 case 虽然给我发了 kira 但是也不一定会录我，因为楼主 gmat 比较低，就是去申请一下试试，所以准备的时候也不太充分（因为没想到有 video interview），自己心态不好，也退缩了，有敷衍了事的嫌疑……希望大家还是摆正心态，好好准备，不要白瞎了申请费。
