2. Leadership or teamwork? 我举例子使用 extracurricular activity，Kitty 追问了一下在 intern 里面的 teamwork，这里我们还详细探讨了collaboration，要怎样才能更好 collaborate：communicate/ time management/ solve the conflicts。感觉 solve the conflicts 是最重要的
3. Short term goal & back up plan，一定要详细一些加上公司呀～

5. Travel other country outside China?
6. Q&A
