UW Foster MSIS 项目 2019 Kira 面经 [2019.01.27]

1.27 刚刚在这个周末把 MSIS 的 KIRA 给做了，一开始做的时候特别怕碰到完全不会的 tech 题目，结果最后不小心给刷新到三个 behavior 题目……不知道招生官会不会觉得有问题。所以我也来攒攒人品！！上题目：

1. Tell us about a difficult decision you had to make recently. Walk us through the problem, what your thought process was and how you ultimately handled it.
2. How MSIS program will advance your career aspiration 【这个好像是新题，不过也大差不差】
3. Describe the most innovative change that you have initiated and what you did to implement this change

附上之前总结的题库，之前有看到小伙伴说是今年换题库了；不过我总结了一下发现基本上没有太大变化，可能只是有语言上的改变，内容还是一样的。下面的题目都是总结与各个不同年份申请的小伙伴在CD上po出来的题目，LZ我也只是当了一回搬运工，把它们总结到了一起而已，话不多说上题目：

Part1 选择原因

1. Why are you looking to pursue an MSIS from Foster at this time?
2. The pathway that lead you to apply MSIS (How did you become interested in Information Systems?)
3. Why foster MSIS?
4. What factors do you consider when approaching career decisions? What is the most important factor?
   (Career goals if you are admitted into Foster MSIS.)

Part2 自身经历

1. You are assigned the leadership role on a team with people from diverse backgrounds. Different team member’s opinions are clashing. How do you approach the team to meet your goals and work together?
2. Work experience with people of diverse backgrounds. How do you like it? (What opportunities have you had working and collaborating in diverse settings?)
3. Tell us about a time when you changed your style to work more effectively in a team with people from different backgrounds. (Describe the most innovative change that you have initiated and what you did to implement this change)
4. one thing you want to change in the way of approaching challenges
5. What is the project that you're most proud of? and describe your contribution.
6. Tell us about a difficult decision you had to make recently. Walk us through the problem, what your thought process was and how you ultimately handled it.
7. Give me a situation that you have to give someone difficult feedback.
8. What opportunities have you had working and collaborating in diverse settings?
9. what work environment are you thrive in?

Part3 专业性问题

1. What do you do to keep technical skills current? (how do you keep the current information system industry)
2. Give an example of an information systems-related idea that you’ve thought through or implemented.
3. How are you familiar with an object development environment? What platform have you used?
4. Tell us about your experience with databases. How have you used them and what platforms are you familiar with?
   (How much do you know about databases? What platform are you familiar with?)
5. Have you used data warehouse and data marts?
6. How are you familiar with the protocols and infra-structural issues related to large-scale data networks? （感觉今年这道题出现几率很高，敲重点！！）
