WFU/UR MSBA 2018 Fall 面经总结 [2018.03.09]

美帝方面，楼主只申请了MSBA，只有WFU、UR这两个学校在录取的过程中需要人面试而不是仅仅Kira。

WFU的面经很多，也有些稍显奇怪的问题；UR的面试问题则比较常规。我在这个过程中做了一个总结，相信能覆盖大多数比较常见的面试问题。

供未来有心的同学提前准备吧。All the best~

Part 1:

About Yourself

1. Self-introduction. (elaborate on or outside CV; intern/project; hobbies/personal Interests)
2. Why WFU&MSBA (how know & important factors)? Why undergrad major (most interesting part)?

Part 2:

About Your Mind & Behavior

Mindset

1. Tell me about a business leader you admire most and why.
2. How do you think your best manager differs from your worst manager?
3. Your short term and long term career goal (dream company or position).
4. Any ethical challenge?
5. Tell me 3 things that you learned from your mentors at school/at work.
6. Three strengths and three areas that you need to improve.

Behavior

1. How do you handle disappointment? / How do you release pressure?
2. How do you manage to achieve so many tasks in your university life?
3. Describe a time when you get lost doing the thing you think is right, and how did you deal with it.
4. Describe a time when someone has different perspectives with you, how will you deal with it?
5. Describe a goal/deadline you didn't achieve and how did you deal with it?
6. Describe a misconception of you and how you deal with it?
7. Describe something you did wrong, even you know it is not correct.
8. How do you stay informed? /How do you get news?
9. Most impressive internship and how you got it?

Teamwork

1. Describe something you are proud of as a team leader.
2. Successful teamwork experience and what’s the three most important things in a team?
3. How your teammates/friends/supervisors would describe you. (3 positive & 3 negative words)
4. What make you a successful leader? (three qualifies)
5. How do you motivate unmotivated teammates?
6. The biggest challenge in teamwork.
7. Describe a situation where you challenge one of the team member without affecting the team.
8. Describe a situation when the teamwork didn't work well and what's your role in the teamwork?
9. What is the first thing you are going to do to let others know you when you enter a new team?

WFU Related

1. Two skills that make you qualify into MSBA/ Two things you can bring to MSBA (WFU).
2. What make you feel most excited in the MSBA program at WFU?
3. Are you applying for other programs?
4. The biggest challenge for your future study of MSBA.
5. The biggest challenge in applying MSBA? 6. How will you do teamwork in our MSBA program?
