[已录] 哥大 ERM 面经 with Vanessa Carrillo [2018.06.26]

约的6月26号晚上9:00-10:00的面试。面试官是Vanessa Carrillo，面试持续差不多15分钟，问题如下：

1. To start, what about telling me something that I don't know about you, something not in your resume or essays.
2. After you graduated from this program, what would you do with this degree?
3. Tell me your career goals.
4. What are the 3 words that your friend would use to describe you?
5. How do you define "success"?
6. Have you ever come to New York? How do you like it?

面试插曲：我约的是9点-10点的time slot，但整个session都过了，面试官却始终没有出现，也没有人主动联系我告诉我发生了什么。等的比较煎熬和疑惑，后来我等到10点05分忍不住了，给她试探性发了个邮件，问她是不是run into technical issues，5分钟后她说她网络很差，要我打过去，所以折腾到10点12分左右才正式开始的interview。所以大家如果遇到面试官没有出现的话，最好不要sign off然后就不管了，最好给他们发邮件然后一直等。

CD面经帮了我很多，这面试贴算是回馈一下论坛~不过这个时间节点面试，我真是闻所未闻，也只能给往后的申请者作参考了。

Timeline:
1月15日 提交申请
5月01日 提示material missing（中间怎么问都不回复，主动发送潜在缺失的文件也不回）
6月19日 interview invitation
6月26日 正式interview
6月29日 Decision Letter：Admitted

Background：
美本，GPA 3.8+，无GMAT，实习3段。

聊天中获得的信息：
1. 2018 Fall application超过1800人apply，竞争比较激烈，根据她的说法，她们不但要确认candidates都academically很优秀，还要emotionally intelligent，所以筛了比较久。
2. 7月中旬将结束本次所有recruit，我觉得7月拿offer其实签证已经挺紧张的了，但面试官说还好觉得能来得及……
