MBA面试官Jessica Morgan
谈话时间：28min45sec
全程的话她都在微笑，然后做记录，除了最后几个我提问的问题外，大多时候她听完我回答后都是回复个thank you然后move on。
第一个问题的时候比较紧张，后来发现讲到后面就号了，可能画面一直卡在了她侧脸的原因，让我觉得她只是在听并记录没有一直盯着我，就没有那么紧张了。
主要问题：
1. why MBA ?
2. describe a situation that you have conflict with your superior.
3. describe the greatest accomplishment.
4. desibe a situation when you fail to do something and what did you learn from it.
5. what aspects have you considered to make decision for MBA learning?
6. if I can choose only one aspect introduced to the Adcom, what do you expect me to introduce?
7. any question for her.
大概就是这些问题，应该cover有90%了，我每个问题基本回答在3-4分钟这样，然后最后问了对项目的几个小问题就结束了。
还问了她decision schedule，她回复说normally 1-2 weeks会有feedback。然后如果有消息会第一时间通知的。怒攒人品吧。

Updated：2018年2月27号晚上收到录取，但是因为雅思总分够7但是作文小分不够6.5，被要求读2个weeks的语言。给的考虑时间是1个月整。楼主正在等其他学校的面试，考虑retake IELTS。再次祝福申请的朋友们好运。
