1. Tell us about your greatest strength. How have you developed this strength and how has it helped you succeed?
2. What factors contributed to your decision to apply for a seat in this program ? Tell us about you top three
3. An experience where you led a team that consisted of a group of very different individuals. What did you do to lead the team to accomplish the objective, and what the outcome.
4. 写作：Outside of school and work, to waht activity do you delicate most of your time? Why is this important  to you.

感觉每道题都和面经里的有点不一样， 大家随机应变吧，加油！
