面试好紧张 感觉并不好 T T哭哭 anyway 发个面经攒人品

首先 并没有self-introduction！！！！一开始就没问

• 第一个问题是leadership是什么样的 举一个例子说明leader role
• 刚刚组建一个team 怎么approch to each other
• 作为team mates的经历 what kind of work you fulfill as a team mate.
• good team mate的quality是什么？
• 然后是 team failed的经历
• team success的经历
• 然后some one gave you constructive feedback and you took and what did you learn through the feedback?
• 你的朋友用哪三个words来describe you？
• Why MMS?
• Career plan?
• 然后就是我有什么问题要问她了

感觉对方网有点卡 然后中途断了一次 不过没啥影响
