IC商学院Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management面试 [2017.02.05]

论坛上好像投这个专业的人比较少啊，我就来分享一下咯。

刚刚完成的面试，主要感受就是，1分钟根本讲不完啊...
以下是我遇到的问题：

1. What are your goals in your life and how you achieved them?
2. If you have some disagreement with your leader, how do you solve the problem?
3. What is your hobbies and how can they help for your career?
4. Written questions: Describe how you learn through an independent work.
5. Many start-ups failed in their first year, what are reasons for their failure and how do you deal up with the risk for your enterprise?
