笔试我是自己提前准备的，我觉得这个方法不错。然后所有题我之前都准备过，所以觉得还好，但是自己有点紧张。

2. 你遇到challenge的情况describe a challenge and how you meet the challenge
3. 团队合作的一个例子，遇到困难，是什么让你坚持完成的
4. 讲一个你fail to achieve a goal的情况 你当时做了什么
5. 说一个你在完成一个goal时遇到的setback，以及如何克服的 (A setback you have experienced and how you responded to it)
6. what attributes do you think you have that will make you highly employable
7. What steps have you taken to prepare for your future career?
8. What motivates you to succeed, and why?
9. greatest achievement in undergraduate year
10. Long-term goal you achieved, how did you plan for it?
11. which attribute of you is important to success(是这个意思，以前面经有)
