iwm网上面经还挺少的，感觉自己抽到的题和别的ic面经有点差距， 望诸位好运。。

1. describe a challenge and how you meet the challege
2. 关于找工作 introduce yourself and the role of interests in your career
3. attributes that distiguish you from peers
4. written what you learned about yourself in a team work
5. 网络抖了一下打了两道。。。噩梦的开始 嘿喂狗
   a. why mutual funds have higher price than hedge funds..忘了哪个高哪个低了勿喷
   b. personalities of portfolio managers
