结果期间又来了另一所的，所以两interview安排到一天了。
感觉身体被掏空 趁热发一个面经。防沉，第一次隐个藏吧

3. Short term and long term goal
4. how you think Simon can help you achieve short term goal
5. your recent experience of working in a team and how you position yourself in a team(cooperator or leader)
6. your exchange experience
(可能看我在英国交换了，就问了），收获了什么。认为英国的教育和国内教育的区别。
7. 因为我上一个问题说了收获是了解国内和国外的金融体系，就问我有什么区别（发现给自己挖了个大坑，完全一通乱答）
8. 简历上的志愿者经历
9. 在国内的公司和国际的公司实习了，认为最大的区别
10. typing: what would others describe your leadership style? Can you give me an example of a time when you felt you were a good leader?
诚恳建议千万不要给自己挖坑
