2017 IC MSF kira面经

楼主刚刚录完面试就过来分享面经了，最深的体会是面试就十来分钟的事，准备了一个多星期，也还是说的不好。。。
第一个问题没准备到，一脸懵逼不知道自己说了什么
Q1：How do you define success in your career and how to measure your progress?
其他都是面经有的
Q2：What's your ambition outside your career and what you have done to achieve it?
Q3: Your team is losing momentum and how will you motivate your teammates.
Q4writing) When did you first hear about IC and what attracts you?(可以事先准备复制粘贴）
Q5:说一下你想在financial sector的那一块工作？
讲真，这种面试压力感挺大的，不是真人聊天那种，回答时间也很短，感觉面得不是很自在。
话说今年IWM也要面试了。。。
Anyway发面经攒人品！
