[2016-05-25] Oxford Said Business School - MBA(2016/09) 面经

小弟个人背景:
加拿大UBC毕业 生物本科 另有会计文凭
CFA考过一级 考过加拿大的CGA 但还没拿执照　
在加拿大工作过一年 主要做的是基金方面的会计
在台湾的EY做auditor做了一年半不到 后转入新加坡的创投做analyst做了两年半
接着自己开了一间电商作网购 做了一年半 现在要把公司关掉去读MBA
GMAT只考680 大学GPA仅2.0
工作经验累计约七年

以下是面试时被问的问题:

• Why MBA?
• Why Oxford?
• Have you applied for other business school?
• Why should I pick you instead of other people?
• What is your value of life?
• What make you think you will succeed in VC/PE industry?
• What are the reasons you quit your prior jobs?
• Give me an example of how you feel other people's emotion?
• Give me an example of how you influence people?
• When will you be mad about yourself?
• Any other things you would like to address?
• Questions for me?

整体感觉：
我们是直接用Skype的面试的问题 主要都是来自于简历上的细节 以及回答后的追问
没有问任何专业性的问题或是时事之类的 整个面试大约是0.5小时
面试我的是Edward Watson 一位很友善的英国老人
他的背景蛮辉煌的 也是Oxford的Sector Consultant (http://www.sbs.ox.ac.uk/community/people/edward-watson)

他没有问什么很艰难的问题 但是问了不少跟人格特质相关的问题 我想年纪大的人看人的方式也许不大一样吧？
