Queen MBA面经[2016-05-3]

2016年5月3日晚上九点，面Queen's Smith的MBA。一个program director, 一个career coach. 在写面试题目之前，先说下个人感觉。

面试其实就是聊天，越放松感觉越好。我刚开始还有点紧张，平时面试工作项目等都木有紧张过，汗。。。
之前正好在YouTube上看了下往届的information session,看到过那个program director,所以skype上看到那个老头还感觉挺亲切的。后来聊天时有告诉他，我在网上见过他，似乎把他逗乐了。
都说Queen的coach service非常棒，好像是这样。从面试时career coach就会被involve到，问你很多对career的定位和mba的expectation.还很认真的记录。后续director提问时他也很认真的记录。网上说这个career coach会从第一面开始就了解挖掘你这个人，以期在你找工作中帮你定位。不知道是不是真的这么暖心？

接下来是面试题，问了挺多，其实时间不到半个小时，可能因为聊天的原因，我没有像之前准备雅思一样尽量把话题丰富。不过也许这样不好，也许应该尽可能的多表达些，下周面Ivey时尝试下另一种风格。

Except for career development,what else do you expect from MBA program?
Why queens
Are you a team leader or team member (我说 team leader for recent three years)
What’s your leadership style (我说kind of aggressive)
Did you find any difficulties when you lead a team as a womon? Does everyone follow your instructions? (我说，Money talks. Everyone will get bonus after project complement，所以不存在womon leader就不服管的问题)
What’s your weakness (到这里为止，都是career coach，一个年轻人在问，一边问一边很认真的记录，后面就pass给director来根据你的profile问些详细的问题，感觉他也是想到哪儿问到哪儿）
Do you want to stay in Canada fter you graduate from MBA?
What’s the difficulty whenyou move forward from one company to another(我说， I didn’t move frequently for recent three years. Those companies in my resume are actually my clients. I am a free lancer right now)
How long did your prepare for your GMAT ( it’s a long time ago. Maybe two months)
(他说，我的 gmat is good, 尤其是数学，我还一脸汗颜，中国学生数学都是满分，我才50，都不好意思拿出去；他继续说，不过IELTS is medium level，说完还一副可惜的样子撇撇嘴，郁闷。。。)
What’s your working language
Do you think team work is important or not? Do you need anyone’s help when you are doing your project? （感觉这是他唯一准备也比较care的一个问题，倒也不难）
Questions to them（我问了experiential project和scholarship的问题）
本来以为已经结束了，他又问了下，one more question, do you apply for any other b-school? 还解释说，i'm just curious.(我说，就你和ivey啊，然后他说，为什么不考虑rotman之类的，我说，不感兴趣，不太合适，因为木有金融背景之类的)

最后他主动说下周给我答复，最晚下下周的头一两天
